Charlotte’s mother collected these two amethysts on her travels through South America, with the intention to have them set in rings for mother and daughter. She suddenly passed away before the two of them had the chance to do this. Charlotte then brought the stones to me to make a pair of earrings for her to wear. I love that the very similar yet slightly different sized amethysts speak to a mother and daughter pair.
